  • How much will it cost?

However, the attorney will provide a quote for your legal fees at your consultation. Most cases are based on flat fees. Therefore, the legal fee that you are quoted at your consultation is the amount you would pay if you choose to hire Lively Law Firm on your case.

  • Does the Lively Law Firm team speak Spanish?

    Yes. Several Team Members speak, read, and write Spanish. We will communicate with you in

    English or Spanish, whichever you prefer.

  • What do I need to bring to my appointment?

    In order for the attorney to adequately analyze your case you should bring your passport, birth certificates of children, marriage certificates, divorce certificates, and any document you have received from USCIS, the immigration court, or CBP officials.
