Dani is the USCIS Legal Assistant of Lively Law Firm, where she drafts personal declarations and prepares arguments to help clients qualify for immigration benefits. Dani tirelessly assists clients in telling their story so they are treated as a human and not just a number before immigration agencies.

Dani is originally from the Dominican Republic and graduated with a degree in Engineering. She moved to Charlotte for an adventure. In her free time, Dani enjoys dancing salsa but is still mastering moving both the top half and bottom half of her body. She enjoys Nutella as a bedtime snack, makes coquito, travels and the beach.
