Jamie Englert

Jamie Englert is the Director of Legal Services at Lively Law Firm. Jamie has practiced immigration law before the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, the Executive Ofce for Immigration Review, and the Board of Immigration Appeals since 2009.

Jamie specializes in advocating for and representing unaccompanied children. In 2014, she was at the forefront of building relationships with the local family courts to design processes that could appropriately support unaccompanied children when their numbers began to increase. As the former Director of Immigration Legal Services, Jamie oversaw all

operations and staff, including grant applications and reporting. By securing grant funding, she expanded the team by 600%, enabling the organization to serve over 2,200 clients annually across all types of immigration cases.

Jamie studied at the University of Pittsburgh and worked briefly in criminal defense and real estate before establishing her career in immigration law.

Fun Facts

Jamie volunteers her time at a horse farm that provides equine services to veterans and rst responders. In her free time, she enjoys playing billiards and admits to being ever so slightly competitive about the game.
