Yajaira Calderon

Yajaira joined Lively Law Firm in 2024 and is a proud member of the Humanitarian Department working with T-Visas. Combining her passion for writing and advocating, she works closely with clients to ensure that they feel heard through their T-Visa Statements. She strives to be a comforting listener who builds trust and a narrative that humanizes clients while giving their voice back.

Yajaira is also a full-time undergraduate student at the University of South Carolina majoring in Cardiovascular Technology hoping to continue to make a difference in the lives of those she encounters.

Fun Facts

Yajaira was born in Honduras but grew up in Charleston, South Carolina and has grown to call the Charleston beaches her home. She thoroughly enjoys art in all forms, being both a creator and an admirer. Yajaira's biggest pride is her family as they have supported her in all her endeavors.
