Diana is the EOIR Legal Assistant (Immigration Court) of Lively Law Firm, where she obtains accurate and relevant information from clients to submit to the Immigration Court. Diana passionately manages the advancement of cases to ensure that applications are filed correctly and clients qualify for the benefits they deserve. As the EOIR Legal Assistant, she ensures that client applications are submitted quickly and conveniently.

Fun Facts

Diana is a first-generation American from California and her family hails from Mexico. She graduated debt free with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. In her free time Diana enjoys traveling, doing yoga and watching true crime documentaries.
