Shante Martin

Since joining the firm at its inception in 2019, Sales and Intake Director Shante Martin has held many roles including Managing Paralegal and Director of Operations. In her current role, Shante manages the intake team, ensuring a seamless and streamlined experience for incoming clients. 

Shante attended West Virginia University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work. Prior to joining the firm, Shante was a social worker, working with people with special needs. She also worked as an intake coordinator for an LGBTQ mental health facility. 

Fun Facts

Shante dreams of one day winning “The Great British Baking Show.” When not ensuring the best client experience, Shante enjoys baking delicious treats with her dogs Joan of Barc, RuPaw, and Bilbo Barkins. She also is an aspiring saxophone player who has a passion for easy listening
