Shante is the Director of Operations of the Lively Law Firm, where she ensures the daily operations run smoothly.

Shante skillfully manages administrative duties and client relations. As the Director of Operations, she ensures that client inquiries are handled efficiently and personally. Shante maintains accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly billing.

Education

Shante attended West Virginia University where her studies focused on a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work. Shante assists clients in obtaining relevant social services to ease their cultural transition into the United States.

Fun Facts

Shante has immigration aspirations of her own and dreams of one day winning “The Great British Baking Show.” When not ensuring the best client experience in the office Shante enjoys baking delicious treats with her dog Joan of Barc. She also is an aspiring saxophone player who has a passion for easy listening.
